Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient medicine that utilizes very thin, sterile needles, gently inserted into the skin at strategic points to stimulate Qi & blood flow, and nervous system response. It can be an effective treatment for chronic pain, stress relief, gut problems, gynecolgocial issues, anxiety & depression, allergies, cold & flu, and much more...

Constitutional Facial Rejuvenation
An internationally renowned technique, developed by author and educator, Mary Elizabeth Wakefield. The Wakefield Technique approaches the face as a fully integrated part of the body's meridian system. When fine needles are placed in the face (and body), they create a 'positive microtrauma' which can stimulate local and systemic Qi and blood flow. This can improve circulation, nutrient delivery, and promote collagen production; improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, under eye bags, muscle tone, sagging skin, age spots, and skin tone. Constitutional Facial Rejuvenation is an excellent and non-invasive technique for supporting the skin’s natural renewal process over time.
